Our Peer Trainers @ Upgrade Academy
Our peer trainers are carefully selected and trained young mentors, usually between 10 and 17 years of age, who support children through guided peer-based learning and interaction. Many children learn more naturally, comfortably, and confidently when they interact with peers closer to their age, making learning, communication, and skill development more engaging and meaningful.
Our peer trainers are equipped with important qualities such as patience, empathy, emotional understanding, encouragement, positive communication, and supportive interaction skills. They are also trained and guided to assist children in areas such as academics, communication, social interaction, behaviour support, confidence building, and functional skill development under professional supervision.

All peer mentors work under structured guidance and supervision to ensure supportive, safe, and meaningful learning experiences for every child.
